Glenna Sue (Nicholson) Walker

Glenna Sue (Nicholson) Walker, 82, of Oklahoma City, passed from this life on Saturday, March 27, 2021, in Oklahoma City. “Suzie Q” was born May 5, 1938, in Ada, Okla., to Bennie Fred Nicholson and Sylvia May (Sanders) Nicholson.
Sue married Oliver Ansel Walker, Jr. on April 12, 1956, in Davis, Okla., and was a 1956 graduate of Davis High School. She was a homemaker and dedicated her life to her family. In her younger years, when her health was better, she attended Hillcrest and then Oakcrest Church of Christ and was a saved believer in Christ. In her spare time, she enjoyed painting and reading her Bible and other books. She loved to see her grandchildren and loved photos of the same. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ansel; and her parents, Bennie and Sylvia.
Sue is survived by her children, Mike and his wife, Vickie, Steve and his wife, Janice, and Lynn and her husband, Scott; grandchildren, Kyle and DJ, Zach and Heather, Ben and Yasi, Eric, Emilee, and Whitney and Nick; great grandchildren, Cal, Blakely, Brooks, Walker, Oaklyn, and two more on the way; her sister, Carolyn and her husband, Mike; and many other loved ones and friends.
Viewing for friends and family was 11 a.m to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard. A private graveside service was held in the Blanchard Cemetery.
