America Fest is Saturday

Load up the family on Saturday and head over to Wolf Field. Davis America Fest is gonna do it up big!
After a slight down year in 2020, the annual Fourth of July celebration, organized by the Chamber of Commerce is back and bigger than ever. The event formerly known as SummerFest will feature loads of family fun, great food and, of course, fireworks.
There will be inflatable games along with lots of other activities for kids. There will be 23 vendors selling local merchandise either for their business or to raise funds for their organization. They will also provide fun activities such as a photo booth, small games and other activities . . . . sometimes for free.
Don’t worry about dinner, the event will feature eight food vendors with options for dinner, desert and delicious drinks as well. All the action begins at 5 p.m. and will end with the fireworks at dark. Turner Falls Park is providing the fireworks this year and music will be provided by Bentley Productions.
Admission is free, masks are optional and distancing is not required for the outdoor event, which organizers expect to a huge community festival once again.
