FOR SALE?
Several signs popped up on Davis Public School’s campus and Davis streets on Monday letting interested parties know that the Elementary, Middle and High Schools were for sale. The real estate agent? Trey Way Real Estate (a funny jab at High School principal, Trey Owens.) The phone number for the sale? Rings directly to the Superintendent’s Office. The High School seemed to be a deal at $2.022 million dollars. Not only is the High School fairly new construction, it comes with several amenities including the building being fully staffed. High School Principal Trey Owens said he was very impressed with the creativity and thought put into this prank. Owens laughed when he said he received a few offers for the school via text after the signs went up. The signs are down now but the Class of 2022 flag included with this prank remains on the flag pole at the high school.
