Substitute Teachers Needed at Davis Public Schools

Do you love kids? Are you retired? Have extra time on your hands? Want to make some extra cash? Davis Public Schools needs substitute teachers. Can you help?
Davis Public Schools Superintendent Mark Moring said that the school is in dire need of substitutes. Non-certified substitutes make $60 a day and certified substitutes make $70 a day. Those wishing to apply to substitute should stop by the Superintendent’s Office located at 400 E. Atlanta or apply online at www.daviswolves.org. A background check is required and those can be obtained in Wynnewood or Ardmore. If approved, substitute teachers can work when their schedule allows.
If you’d like to volunteer to substitute, the same process is required.
Moring said that substitute teachers are needed for training. Project AWARE training requires substitute teachers on those days Davis needs 15 substitutes and Sulphur needs around 20.
Davis and Sulphur Public Schools share a list for substitute teachers according to Moring.
