The day begins at 2 p.m. with Sulphur’s very own TJ Todd coming to the stage. Emily Rhyne, Colten and Jesse and the Hooligans will entertain crowds throughout the afternoon.
The headliners for the event is Jason Boland & the Stragglers featuring Cam Allen and Kylie Morgan.
Event coordinator Stacey Harness said that 3,000 tickets have been issued online with the possibility of more going up for grabs. She smiled when talking about the park’s first live music festival, “There’s something about live music. We want this to be an experience,” she said “We’re so excited.”
Harness said the event is still in the planning phase but attendees are asked to bring blanket or a lawn chair for the event.
There will be food and beverage vendors. More vendors and concert experiences are in the works.
