HE’S COMING HOME.

HE’S COMING HOME. Eli Warren walked out of the Burn Unit at Baptist Integris Hospital and rang the bell after a 98 day stay on Aug. 28. A celebrated accomplishment for any patient admitted to that wing of the hospital. Warren, a survivor of the May explosion at the Wynnewood Refinery, moved to the Jim Thorpe Inpatient Rehab Center that day. Tentatively, he is scheduled to be released to come home Monday, Sept. 1. A parade welcoming Eli home will take place on Main Street. Please stay tuned to the W.E. Run 5k Benefit and The Davis News Facebook Pages. Eli will be escorted from the hospital by OHP. Please make signs, get balloons, noise makers and line Main Street to welcome Eli home.
