Davis Kiwanis Club Breakfast with Santa is Saturday, Dec. 2

The Davis Kiwanis Club is excited to host a “Breakfast with Santa” event on Dec. 2, 2023, at the Davis School Cafeteria at 9 a.m. “Breakfast with Santa” includes a pancake breakfast served by Santa’s elves, an ornament, story time and a gift for all children. We are excited to announce that, as in years past, Trey Daugherty Photography will be present to take a picture of your child with Santa. He will upload the pictures to his page and make them available free of charge. Breakfast with Santa tickets are $15 per person (infants under 1 are free) and are required to be purchased in advance by Nov. 30, to ensure Santa has plenty of gifts for all the boys and girls. We will have a “Santa Letters Drop” available and each child that brings their letter (with a return address) to Santa will receive a letter from Santa in the mail. Tickets can be purchased from any Kiwanis member or at Simmons Bank, Vision Bank, First National Bank of Davis, Davis Chamber of Commerce or by calling (580) 369-5282 or (580) 369-8396. “Breakfast with Santa” is designed for children to socialize, have breakfast with their families and visit with the big man in red without the hustle and bustle involved in visiting Santa at the mall. Kiwanis wants this event to be so special for the children that they will talk about even after Christmas.
All funds raised by this event, and every event hosted by the Davis Kiwanis Club, benefits the children in Davis. Service projects include: Coats for Kids, annual scholarships, Oratorical Contest, sponsoring of Davis Livestock Show participants, Sophomore Student of the Year and Teachers of the Year. The Davis Kiwanis Club sponsors the Key Club (High School), Builders Club (Middle School) and K-Kids (Elementary). We meet the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at the Davis Chamber of Commerce at noon. If you are interested in helping the children in Davis, we invite you to join us.
