Two Men Arrested While Breaking Into Storage Units

The evening of Nov. 8 the Davis Police Department arrested two men on felony and misdemeanor charges while actively breaking into storage units in Davis. Detective Seth Kemper and Officer Blake Snyder worked this case.
Christopher Michael Artigue and Charles Owen were charged with burglary in the second degree, a felony, and Artigue and Boyd were charged with possession of implements of burglary, possession of CDS (fentanyl) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond was set for Owen at $40,000 and Artigue at $20,000.
One of the men was additionally booked on a warrant out of Carter County for burglary.
