Second Graders to Present “Go Fish” Thursday

The Davis second grade will present their musical “Go Fish” on Thursday in the Dorothy Jameson Performing Arts Center with shows at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The morning show is for the Elementary and the afternoon show is for the public. Anyone is welcome to come to the morning show but the Pre-K through fourth grades will have priority seating.
A Tuna Fish that can’t carry a tune? A Star Fish that can’t get an acting job? A seven-legged Octopus? A Zebra Fish with spots? A Tiger Shark who wants to be friends with everyone? Join in the aquatic fun as little Tiger Shark and his unique collection of friends discover how their differences make them each special.
Characters in the show include Tiger Shark, played by Elijah Cabrera, Angel Fish, portrayed by Berkley Gray, and Great White, played by Bryson Johnson. Also featured are Zaniyah Ibarra as Star Fish, Timbir Veal as Zebra Fish, and Asher Romo as the Octopus. Blow Fish is played by Tyson McGee, Jeremiah Cross plays Needlefish and Tuna Fish is portrayed by Layken Horton. The “Card” Sharks include Witten Lovett as Blue Shark, Levi Parsons as Mako Shark, and Tomas Pletcher as Hammerhead.
The speaking Clownfish are Addilynn Thomas, Adelynn Dietz, Ryker May, and Mysti Waters.
The speaking Sea Horses are Harper Healey, Maggie Chaffin, and Charity Hanson. The Square Dance Callers are played by twins Wyatt Hefley and Gunner Hefley. The Electric Eel is portrayed by Aiden Richardson. The speaking Rainbow Fish are Bintlee Nichols, Daryn Owens, and Olivia Lochridge. The Sword Fish are Case Parsons and Creet Bradstreet. The Crabs are Zane Norton, Kynlee Luckinbill, Jayven Carr, and Maddox Nichols.
Soloists in the show are Mace Adams, Elijah Cabrera, Jayxon Callahan, Maggie Chaffin, Adelynn Dietz, Berkley Gray, Harper Healey, Zaniyah Ibarra, Bryson Johnson, Olivia Lochridge, Ryker May, Bintlee Nichols, Daryn Owens, Case Parsons, Timber Veal, Mysti Waters. Witten Lovett, Levi Parsons, and Tomas Pletcher are Rappers.
Elementary Music Director Denise White invites the public to attend the free show.
