Davis officers bring back Haunted Forest Halloween event

The Davis Police Officers Reserve Association Haunted Forest is back!
The Haunted Forest is at Turner Falls Park on Saturday, Oct. 30. Admission to the park is a bag of candy for the event and the Haunted Forest will be $5. Children under age 5 are free. The carnival starts at 6 p.m. at the Haunted Forest Trail ride starts at dark.
This year, event organizers are looking for groups or organizations to set up small carnival games at a low cost or no charge. Non-profit organizations are encouraged to set up a booth at the carnival and ask for donations or sell merchandise. Churches are invited to come and set up for Trunk-or-Treat. School groups are encouraged to sell baked goods, popcorn balls or hot chocolate.
